The Home Server is designed as a single, unified object rather than a piece of exposed hardware. A continuous vented enclosure wraps around the body and becomes part of the product’s visual identity. By spreading ventilation across a larger surface, the design supports efficient cooling without relying on obvious intake and exhaust zones. The result feels less like IT equipment and more like something intended to live openly in the home.




A touch-sensitive LED interface keeps the server simple and approachable for the home. Essential controls stay hidden until needed, giving quick access without adding the visual complexity of a full display.


Lighting beneath the grille turns the enclosure into a subtle communication layer. It responds to system activity, connection status, syncing, and alerts without relying on a conventional display.

Paired with the app, the server becomes more proactive in daily use. It can surface system health, backup status, connected devices, and maintenance needs before they become problems.


The server is meant to stay quiet in the background. Its form is calm and unobtrusive during everyday use, becoming more expressive only when there is something worth communicating.



Color variations let the server adapt to different home environments and user preferences. Lighter tones blend into softer interiors, while darker finishes give it a more technical and defined presence.

In dark environments, the server shifts into a softer presence. Adaptive AI lighting adjusts its brightness and behavior to the environment, creating a subtle glow when needed while staying quiet in the background.

The wall-mounted rack version brings the same server concept into a more expandable setup. Multiple units can be stacked vertically, keeping the system compact and visually organized on the wall.



The rack version explores how the home server could scale beyond a single device. It tests a more modular system for users who need additional storage, performance, or room to expand over time.
